Larply helps you turn your own short video into a ridiculous flex. We are happy to help with account access, generation status, purchases, privacy, safety, and rights reports.

Making a larp

Choose a video and references you have permission to use, describe the change, and review the quote before generating. Larply requires users to be at least 18, or the age of majority where they live if higher. Before upload, the app explains that your clip, prompt, and references are sent to Larply, Higgsfield, and, in supported versions, OpenAI for text-only processing and asks for your affirmative permission.

Generation or result trouble

In supported versions, accepted generations appear in Library → In progress. Open the card for its current status and return to it later if processing continues. Do not submit the same edit again while its status is uncertain; Larply may have accepted it and will reconcile it instead of blindly retrying. If a job fails or a result is missing, contact us with the approximate time and a short description. Do not send private videos or payment details unless we provide a secure way to do so.

Subscriptions, restore, and credits

When the Apple purchase flow is available in your release, Larply Pro is offered through Apple and credit fulfillment is determined by Larply’s server. Use the in-app Restore Purchases control to restore an eligible Apple transaction after reinstalling or signing in again. To manage or cancel a subscription, open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting your Larply account does not cancel an Apple subscription. For a refund, use Apple’s purchase support. If a control is unavailable in your build, contact us rather than attempting repeated purchases.

Delete your account

Open Larply Settings and choose Delete Account. If a generation is active or needs reconciliation, Larply may ask you to wait or contact support before accepting deletion. Once accepted, Larply locks new work, removes account-linked data and private media, and signs you out. The app explains the separate Apple steps for removing Larply from Sign in with Apple and for canceling an Apple subscription.

Safety, impersonation, and rights reports

Report suspected non-consensual likeness use, impersonation, fraud, unlawful content, copyright or privacy concerns, or a provider-safety issue. Include the relevant job or account identifier and a short description. Do not include passwords, payment-card information, or sensitive media in the first message.
